Return Policy
I accept returns when the disc inside the case is damaged and returned within 14 days from when the item was received.
Please note that;
• Customer will pay for the return postage
* Customer will receive the replacement but only after the damaged product is returned.
• No refund is accepted.
• Customer needs to provide a proof of damaged product before return is agreed.
• Please contact info@hideguitar.com with a photo proof of the damaged product to proceed.
